Serck Motorsport is unique in developing special core variations and fin density parameters to optimize cooling effect for both high-speed roads and off-road.

The end tanks are also specially designed, laser-cut and carefully welded using swaged tubes for maximum airflow efficiency across the core width. Terrafirma intermediate coolers, available for 300tdi, Td4 Defender, TD5 Defender, and Discovery 2, are easily installable replacement intermediate coolers made to the highest standards of Serck's original design, to improve airflow and temperature dissipation.

Highly efficient 16 fins per inch cores are used in high-speed road intermediate coolers, while coarse 9 fins per inch cores are used in off-road cores for easy cleaning and effective operation at low speeds.
