Designed and manufactured in the UK to outperform others on the market. These are CNC machined from Billets of Aerospace grade 6082-T6 aluminium. The hinge pins are made of stainless steel which are internally pinned to prevent unwanted removal or theft. The hinges also feature self lubricating graphite bushes to reduce friction and prevent wear. After machining and going through our strict quality control procedures these are anodised to a maximum of 25 microns. Supplied with high security stainless fixings & shims.
