Exchange and Return Policy at Britparts Online Store
Goods purchased on the Britparts website are covered by the laws of Ukraine, specifically the Consumer Rights Protection Law. To avoid any misunderstandings, please carefully review the following procedure for exchanging or returning goods.
Right to Return or Exchange Goods: 14 days from the date of purchase
- Defective Goods: malfunctioning, has significant defects that prevent its use (fault of the manufacturer or supplier);
- Goods of Proper Quality, but for some reason unsuitable for the buyer, provided the goods were not used, the packaging integrity (seals, etc.) and the sales document are preserved.
The store offers various groups of goods, which according to the law may either be exchanged and returned or may not be exchanged or returned.
Exchange of defective goods or damage is free of charge at the expense of the sender upon presentation of an "Act" from the post office, which the recipient asks the postal employee to prepare when such a case is discovered.

GOODS OF PROPER QUALITY
- Goods of proper quality include all goods that: have not been used, and their original appearance is preserved. Only new goods that show no signs of use and have not been in operation are subject to return, provided:
- preservation of their commercial appearance and consumer properties;
- absence of signs of use and contamination;
- preservation of seals, tags, protective films;
- preservation of factory marking;
- integrity, undamaged condition of all parts of the individual (factory) packaging;
Who pays for the shipment of goods of proper and improper quality?

After receiving and inspecting the goods, the funds will be returned to the details used for payment within 5 working days.
Any issues regarding the exchange and return of goods can be resolved through negotiations between the buyer and the store administration. To do this, simply contact the manager using any convenient method.
